Partnering alongside him, Chelsea Branch brings a dynamic edge—drawing on her background as a school leader and small business owner to offer coaching that is both people-centered and results-driven. Together, we merge depth of experience with innovative approaches, creating a consulting partnership that not only drives measurable results but also transforms the way leaders and teams work together.
Ken Branch
President
Ken has been in the insurance business for over 35 years; he has held numerous agency and corporate leadership roles in the industry. He has had management responsibility for insurance businesses that operate in every state in the US for Encompass and Allstate insurance companies. Ken has hired, appointed, trained and mentored hundreds of insurance industry professionals. Ken is currently the sole owner of Arial Insurance Group, Ingram Insurance and Real Estate, and KBConsulting.

Ken completed his undergrad work at Hendrix College and MBA at the University of Illinois Chicago. He previously held board positions at Junior Achievement, Trusted Choice and NAAIA. Ken is a member of The National Underwriters Property & Casualty Editorial Advisory Board and is currently CEO and Chair of The NAAIA Foundation.

Ken and his wife Dana live in the Chicagoland area.

Business Consultant
Chelsea Branch is a thoughtful and relationship-driven Business Consultant with KB Consulting, bringing over two decades of experience leading, teaching, and building thriving communities. With a background spanning 16 years in education as both a teacher and school leader, Chelsea has developed a deep understanding of people, systems, and the kind of leadership that inspires real growth.
Her entrepreneurial spirit shines through as the co-founder of The Rooted Space, a professional dance studio in Chicago, IL that has been home to artists and educators for more than five years. Through that work, Chelsea has seen firsthand how strong relationships, clear vision, and a supportive culture can help both individuals and organizations flourish.
At her core, Chelsea believes that connection creates change. She’s passionate about helping leaders and teams find clarity, build confidence, and work together with purpose—creating spaces where people and ideas can truly grow.
